Rules, ethics and standards
All insolvency practitioners are bound by the rules of their professional body, including any that relate specifically to insolvency, and the rules of the body that licenses NTF Corporate Solutions Limited's practitioners are published by the ICAEW. In addition, our practitioners are bound by the Statements of Insolvency Practice (SIPs) and are required to comply with the Insolvency Code of Ethics.

Professional indemnity insurance
Professional indemnity insurance for the practice is provided by Burns & Wilcox, One Minster Court, Mincing Lane, London, EC3R 7AA. The territorial coverage is worldwide, excluding professional business carried out from an office in the United States of America or Canada, and excludes any action for a claim brought in any court in the United States of America or Canada.
Data protection

Complaints procedure
At NTF Corporate Solutions Limited we always aim to provide a professional and efficient service. We recognise that it is in the nature of insolvency proceedings for disputes to arise from time to time, so if you have any comments or a complaint about the administration of a particular case, please follow the steps below.
- Contact the office holder. In the first instance, contact the relevant case worker or the insolvency practitioner acting as office holder on the case.
- Write to Becky Dale. If you consider your comments or complaint have not been dealt with appropriately, put them in writing to Becky Dale at our registered office. She will investigate your complaint and provide a written response within 14 days.
- Escalate to a practitioner. If you are still unhappy with the response, write with your further concerns to James Kaye or Nick Morgan at the same address. They will investigate your complaint and Becky's response and provide a response within 14 days.
- The Insolvency Complaints Gateway. Most disputes are resolved amicably, either through further information or negotiation. However, if you have exhausted our complaints procedure and are not satisfied that your complaint has been resolved or dealt with appropriately, you may complain to the regulatory body that licenses the insolvency practitioner concerned. Such complaints should be addressed to The Insolvency Service, IP Complaints, 3rd Floor, 1 City Walk, Leeds, LS11 9DA.
